The cost and delivery times are specified on the order confirmation page, depending on the recipient’s distance. The assembly time is not included in the delivery time and is about 1-3 calendar days.

Free delivery is available when paying online from $80.

The storage time at the pickup point is 5 working days.

All LOTTYEL products are made of synthetic materials. Therefore, caring for them is very simple. It is enough to rinse them in cold water, with or without a detergent, and dry them out naturally.

Here are some rules to follow in order to make your items last longer:
◦ Do not wash at a temperature exceeding 30 degrees.
◦ Do not use the spin mode with more than 500 RPM.
◦ Do not dry your items in a clothes dryer.
◦ Do not iron them (this is particularly important).
